Ieuan grew up as a tribal nomad, one of the so-called Uthgardt barbarians, in the Grey Wolf tribe. A curse had infected the tribe generations ago that gave all tribe members a bestial urge and the form of a wolf. This they managed throughout Ieuan’s lifetime until a group of Netherese sent ambassadors that started influencing the tribe’s leaders. They convinced them that the curse was a gift to be used to lord over the other tribes for slaughter, power and gain.

Ieuan spoke against these actions and was outcast from the pack. Finding his way to nearby Waterdeep, he has learned of a new god, a god that fights the beast, the darkness and the night. Selune has given him power over his beast and now Ieuan seeks to use this power to take back the honored traditions of his tribe, with perhaps a few improvements.

Finding himself again in Neverwinter and briefly in possession of the Lost Crown of legend, Ieuan is starting to act with caution for once. While he cares not who is King or Lord Protector or what have you in the city, he knows that what affects Neverwinter has an effect on the surrounding lands. Plus, with what seems to be the Lost Heir of Neverwinter running about there are favors to be made with the winning side, if he can only figure out which side it will be before he needs to commit. In the meantime Ieuan is focusing on leaving a lasting impression on the local half-orc, ex-barbarian smithy Nagda.
